Seven months ago, Dana wrote on her Myspace blog that a jury had ruled against her in court all because she does porn. She was getting into her car and then was hit by a car and left with medical bills and constant physical pain.
They played one of her movies in court and later ruled against her. Her job has no bearing in this case. I don’t know what kind of a lawyer she had that couldn’t somehow ban her movies being shown to a jury. The jury, judge, and the criminal’s lawyers are all at fault blaming Dana who did nothing wrong except get into her car when an out of control driver hit her car.
