Michael Storm, aka Dirty D, was arrested yesterday at the Tampa International Airport after arriving on an international flight. He was overseas at the Barcelona Summit adult convention. He’s been released after posting a $200,000 bond.
Kelsie Cummings was only 17-years-old at the time of a Tampa Bay porn shoot in August 2007. Dirty D was first charged with two counts of the promotion of a sexual performance of a child, two counts of the use of a child in a sexual performance, and one count of illegal computer pornography. But now according to XBiz, prosecutors have now declined to charge him with the one count of illegal computer pornography, which refers to the streaming of underage content, that was originally listed on his arrest warrant.
Two other men, Shawn Chastain and Ryan Jay Holtz, have already been arrested and charged with two counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child. They were both released on $20,000 bail.
Kelsie told authorities everyone at the porn shoot knew she was underage. While the three arrested, of course, all deny the allegations.
