For several months, a project has been brewing that will have the industry talking for quite some time. With very complex non-disclosure agreements and a lot of pleading, adult newcomer skinworXXX, LLC. launched one of the most ambitious projects to date in adult with The Search for Sun Goddess XXX Contest, and the upcoming release, Sun Goddess: Malibu Thursday night at the XBIZ Awards, very little even rumored about before its announcement.
Sun Goddess: Malibu stars Teagan Presley, Sasha Grey, Adam & Eve’s Bree Olson, and AdultBluReview’s Gianna Lynn in a scorching feature with four solo sex scenes, and one of the naughtiest four-girl sex scenes ever shot. Director Joshua, “We knew having names this big would lend to the exposure of the project, but we weren’t sure of the chemistry since these girls haven’t shot together previously. When the cameras rolled, we saw some of the hottest action we have ever seen, in girl/girl or boy/girl.”
Alongside director Joshua, Teagan Presley also served as an Executive Producer of Sun Goddess: Malibu, fulfilling her promise to fans she made when she left Digital Playground of producing her own movies. “This is something I wanted to do for awhile, and I just wanted to do it with the right movie. When Josh came up with the concept, I knew this would be a chance to show fans that even though I only work with girls now, I am still the same Teagan Presley fans have come to love.” Presley delivers a straight-anal scene with Sasha Grey that will leave fans breathless.
“Malibu is simply a prequel. We originally were going to produce just a tease sequence to show at XBIZ to highlight our new big project, Sun Goddess: Jamaica. It turned into a whole feature. This is only a small sample of what’s to come this summer.” For the big Jamaica project, skinworXXX will add three huge stars to the all-star lineup already assembled for Malibu. Joining Sun Goddess: Jamaica are AVN Performer of the Year Jenna Haze, Sunny Leone, and Eva Angelina. “I’m ecstatic about traveling to Jamaica with great people to shoot a hot, and totally unique movie. It’s a privilege to participate in a such a great project,” gushes Eva Angelina. XBIZ and AVN Female Performer of the Year Jenna Haze “I’m excited. It my first project in an exotic location. Plus, it’s with the hottest girls…should be an amazing time!” Joshua adds, “That cast alone would make this project one of the biggest adult movies of all-time, but we wanted to give fans a little more, and for the first time ever, fans will get to pick 10 more girls to appear in Sun Goddess: Jamaica.”
Beginning immediately after the conclusion of the XBIZ Awards, female adult performers will be able to submit themselves via the film’s website, www.SunGoddessXXX.com, using an online submission form. The project’s sponsors, Genesis Magazine, Adam & Eve, A-List Features and XBIZ, will help narrow the submissions down to the Top 100 girls in the business. Fans will then be able to vote once a day and then the field will be narrowed to the Top 24. Sounds like a reality show? It is.
The Search for Sun Goddess XXX will be a network television show later this spring and fans will be able to tune into webisodes on the Sun Goddess XXX website next month to catch some unusual behind-the-scenes antics during the Malibu shoot, a tease of what is next for Jamaica. Fans will pick the Top 10 girls to appear alongside the pre-announced stars, and all the stars will fly to Jamaica for an intensive four-day shoot, and then six days of after-partying where fans can join in on the chaos via winning giveaways on Genesis Online and on XBIZ, as well as mainstream media giveaways, and on SunGoddessXXX.com
“The girls that are gonna win this contest are the girls that promote themselves the most. With the Internet, girls have direct access to the fans, so this should be one of the biggest viral marketing campaigns of all-time, mainstream or adult, “ adds director/producer Joshua. “We aren’t looking for just the 10 prettiest girls in adult, we want the 10 girls who want this the most.”
SunGoddessXXX.com is live now, and features five user-downloadable wallpapers of the stars of Sun Goddess: Malibu, the unrated teaser trailer of the prequel, and the online submission form for stars to submit themselves into the contest. When the contest goes live, fans will be able to browse galleries of the stars in the contest, watch video of the stars, and launch directly to the stars homepages and MySpace pages as well.
Sun Goddess: Malibu was shot using the latest in high-definition technology by cinematographer B.Skow, who Joshua proclaims as the real star of Sun Goddess, “My job was effortless. B.Skow is a master photographer, and the results of his camera work are jaw-dropping. Malibu has some of the most three-dimensional high-definition video I’ve ever seen.” Sun Goddess; Malibu will be available in March on DVD and Blu-ray, with its VOD debut to follow later this spring. Genesis Magazine will feature exclusive picture sets from Malibu, and XBIZ was on set and will give fans an inside look at not only the Malibu project, but Jamaica as well. Sun Goddess: Jamaica will shoot this summer, with a DVD, Blu-ray and VOD just in time for Awards season this fall.
