Opinion/Editorial
Desi has the video up on her blog porninthevalley.com from this Monday’s press conference where she and her daughter Elli are planning on suing AIM for invasion of privacy. Elli isn’t featured in the video. She links to this article at abclocal.go.com where she says that her records were published:
“There’s nobody monitoring who’s using it and what purposes they’re using it for and there are people who take this information and release it.”
She said her personal health information was released to a popular industry blog in February.
She said she has received death threats for speaking out against the industry.
AIM did not return calls seeking comment.
Which blog ran her personal information?? I haven’t seen anything about this or heard about this happening. Is Desi also suing the website? Who gave the website her information? Wow, and here I thought this was all a publicity stunt orchestrated by Desi. I want to apologize to Desi! I’ll never agree with her on many things but releasing her and her daughter’s personal information is criminal.
I think I might know who is behind getting & releasing Desi’s records to whichever website later ran them. It would explain why a certain someone on a porn forum is very quiet about Desi when he was always all over anything new about her. It would explain why he’s rarely on that forum anymore. And it would explain why he’s just recently told me that he would leave me alone. Is the person who has threatened to sue me, tried getting others in the industry to sue me, and sent Jenna Jameson’s lawyer to my blog now the one about to be sued himself ????

Yes, it has to be someone from xpt. This will finally shut that site down.

It has to be. No one else besides us there would post her blog entries so to critique them after. But which blog posted her records? Or do they mean forum?

My personal data was posted on there by an adminstrator account I had never heard of. I was told that account is the master account for the forum which only the higher-ups at JM Productions have access to. I was later banned from there.
Who was it that it was rumored someone from XPT years ago had sent her porn tapes to her new mainstream bosses? I think the former porn star was a moderator on XPT at the time and she later left after what happened. For the life of me I can’t remember her name.

In my opinion, the privacy issue is just a technicality to behead AIM.
If it would lead directly to the extinction of American-made condomless porn, and have herself be lauded as the “heroine” of the cause, I think Desi would email every one in the country her entire medical history.

Hey, RG, did she happen to mention that she did a porn scene with her daughter on SisterReunion.com? Did they force her into that like the sex without the condom?

Why does it “have to be”?? And, why do you care?
Does anyone even visit that site anymore???????
If XPT shut down, would anyone even notice???

The password protection of AIMs system will allow them to know which passwords accesses which perfromers results and when. Anyone who accessed these results around the time they were posted on the internet I assume will be a suspect. A suspect in a felony. Whichever site this was posted on will certainly recieve subpeonas to identify the poster “electronic address”
If these were posted in Feb,2010 as Desi says, werent she and her daughter our of the business for a year by then? Why would anyone with a password need to access her results in Feb,2010?
Like Ricky always said….you have a lot of splaining to do.

Not only a suspect in a felony, but also on the receiving end of a civil rights violation lawsuit. Somebody, somewhere tonight is not sleeping to well.

More to the point, if both your premises are true, why were they still available? Are such records available that late in time? It’s not like a porn director/producer needs to know test results of early 2009 in 2010. The tests are only valid for a month, right?
Maybe the person got the info when it was “fresh” and held it for when it was “convenient” for their malevolent, nefarious purposes.

It has occurred to me that if they don’t have the person who blogged the info, their case is a bit weak. Maybe they already have that info. Maybe they’re on a fishing expedition. But, I think finding him/her is key to their suit.
From the interview it is obvious that the real issue is condomless porn [or even porn in general]. So I’m thinking a talented bright litigator could create a reasonable theory that Desi leaked the info intentionally to a third party as part of an intricate scheme to take her hated obsession AIM down. Especially if she attorneys are funded by an interested third party, etc.
Might not be what actually happened, but, without the blogger, who’s to say???
Interesting drama. Very interesting ….

I think the behavior of some of these industry bloggers and chat board responders is consistant with releasing private information about peole.
To get a password at AIM there is a contract the companies sign. If someone who NEVER used Desi as a performer accessed her results they were in violation of that contract, and Desi’s civil rights.
There is no doubt that Desi’s lawyers know shich site the results are/were posted on. WHat is not cler is ‘who posted it” Were these results posted in a chatroom like this, or was it posted by the blogger him/herself? Have those results been removed from that site?
It has been discussed before the legality of getting the names of posters in a ‘chat’ room. I think this would be a case in which the owner of the site would be compelled to turnover the IP adress of the ‘anonymous’ poster.
There is no doubt that whoever posted the results, if identified, is in BIG trouble.
And I’m also sure that the AHF lawyers have vetted their cleint thouroughly…I dont think Desi posted the results herself, or through a third party. Like I said, AIMs records will show who accessed her results. That will narrow the field of suspects considerably. And if Desi’s lawyers do subpoena those records, I think they will probably show that alot more people who NEVER hhired her accessed her results. Just my opinion.

With the people I’ve talked to, it seems it may not be a blog that posted her medical records but actually a FORUM. No one can recall a blog posting her records or mentioning much about her in some time. But a forum might.

The only possible way for the guilty party here to get off is to come clean, and help the AHF and Desi in her lawsuit. Admit what you did, and then turn against AIM and lay the blame on the evtity that gave you the passowrd.
But then again, THey really dont need you(who ever you are) Just by posting that result, you did what, for years .nobody else could. You have single handidly taken down AIM. Congradulations.

@Darrah the poster “whodunit”/”Comet” is (deleted by Darrah).
He’s your “Anoynmous” AIM insider/contributor and he currently posts on Cindi’s blog as “joe know”.
He’s a drug abuser and was sacked by Sharon Mitchell.
Desi’s medical records were never posted on a blog or forum.
Looks like this trick was orchestrated by AHF/Shelly Lubben. It’s too obvious.

@Darrah no need to edit my posts. I didn’t post his full name. It’s common known that this guy has an agenda against AIM since he got laid off work.

With everything I’ve said about Desi in the past, I doubt she would talk to me. Though I apologized this time because I didn’t know yet the reason for her suing AIM. She has every right to in this case. I never went against Elli which some think I have. But I emailed AHF. I don’t know if they or Desi can say anything because of advice from their lawyers not to talk to anyone.

@Darrah I don’t know what you wrote about her in the past. Can you please edit Elli’s name out of my last post before google index it. Probably better not to post it here.

Duncan said: “It’s common known that this guy has an agenda against AIM since he got laid off work.”
More ammo for my point. Unless they can connect a real person to the release, I still believe it can be eloquently argued that there is a strong probably that forces allied with the plantiff conspired to post her information for the sole purpose of doing harm to AIM.
whodunit opined: “AIMs records will show who accessed her results. That will narrow the field of suspects considerably. And if Desi’s lawyers do subpoena those records, I think they will probably show that alot more people who NEVER hhired her accessed her results. Just my opinion.”
I don’t know AIMs policy or access agreement, but it occurs to me that producers are likely able to access said info if they are even considering casting a person. So, their defense could be: ‘I had MILF part in mind which she might. Did due diligence on whether she was available that week. Went in a different direction/Didn’t end up making that film.”

Duncan,
The guy you are referring to now works for the laboratory that perfroms AIM’s HIV tests. He works at a location in the Valley. Since closing their Granada Hills office, several performers now go to the place where he works, becuase he has always provided quality service. He is a very well liked individual, and does not deserve to be dragged into this in this manner.
This persons name was first mentioned by Jeremiah Steele on the LIB comment section.
The law also requires any medical entity to drug test any potenial employee who has direct contact with patients.
Considering your source is a comment from Jeremiah Steele on LIB, I have serious questions about YOUR credibility. Or do yu have another source Duncan? Accusing a licensed medcial proffesional(and he is) of being a drug abuser is an actionalble cause. You are lucky that Darrah edited his name. Such an accusation can cost a person their medical license. Youre walking a very fine line here Duncan, especially since you have absolutely no proof of any kind to back up your accustions of felonious conduct on the part of this individual.(Yes, it is a felony for a licensed medical professional to perform their dusties while under the infuence)
You might think twice about repeating what Jeremiah Steele says when you accuse someone of commiting a felony. You might also take note that Jerry has backed off of his earlier statements regarding this individual.
“It is common known that this guy has an agenda against AIM”…. Common known becuase Jeremiah Steele made a comment on LIB? SHow us aANY other place where this guy has been mentioned, or where else this COMMON KNOWLEDGE comes from.
Nice try Duncan, but again, and epic failure.

OBE,
AIM’s policies in the “password waiver”(another illegal document) are very specific. But that really doesnt matterbecuase that ‘waiver’ itself is unenforceable.
The waiver signed at AIM by the talent includes the term “limited disclosure”
Giving password to numerous individuals, and exercising no control over what those pasowrd holders do, does not come close to ‘Limited disclosure”

I believe this was done solely to harm Desi, not AIM. I believe in order for someone to want to harm AIM, they would have posted the records of a current performer and also the performer would have to be a well known performer in order to be an uproar.
Many in the industry and fans did support this on the ADT forum. I remember reading it all and shocked and wondering if I was the only normal person around.
