Janine’s ex-husband Jesse James is upset she is dragging his current wife sandra Bullock into their custody battle. But it’s both Sandra and Jesse writing to the judge saying Janine is a drug addict and an unfit mother. Sandra has been involved in these proceedings since day one. Sandra’s inability to not have children is what started this whole mess.
Thank you to Momn8rx for all this new information! This comment says Janine’s crimes were all a misdemeanor and not the felonies the media wants you to believe. Every article she has read including Janine’s lawyers being interviewed all say misdemeanor. Janine is listed on the Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate list and that doesn’t even state she’s a felon.
A source used in the Good Morning America article says this:
“They used a misdemeanor tax offense to gain advantage,” the source concluded. According to court papers, James did accuse Lindemulder of drug abuse, and although she admitted to a long-term cocaine problem in the past, she passed a court-ordered drug test administered before she went to prison for tax evasion.”
Wesley Snipes got a 3 year sentence in 2008 and is still going through the appeals process; dude owes almost 17 million in back taxes/interest/penalties and isn’t a felon!
Janine’s conviction was for failure to pay taxes, NOT tax evasion.
I watched the Good Morning America interview and the piece was heavily edited down and only about three minutes long. Janine starts off the interview by saying what would give her the right to take away my daughter. She is my daughter and I’m the best mother I can be.
She says she and Sandra have never sat down and talked. Sandra will not meet her and Janine just wants communication and for them to sit down as two women and talk.
She says Sandra doesn’t know what goes on in her home. She would love for Sandra to come over and she would make dinner and they could finally talk. But Sandra will not talk to her.
Janine says Sandra is a good mother and cares very much for Sunny. Janine just wants to be a co-parent but has fallen on hard times and is even banned by the judge to work in the industry she has worked in for the past two decades. She wants Sandra to meet her half way which she refuses.
You’re babysitting another woman’s child and you refuse to talk to her? It’s not Janine’s fault that she can have children, is younger, and prettier than you. Which all three is what this all boils down to.
Sandra and Jesse have written to the judge saying Janine is a drug addict and leaves her daughter alone in the house while she is passed out on drugs. If this was true, where are social services and the report? There is no report because it never happened. Janine says she’s been drug free for ten years. Jesse is also a former drug addict but no one is throwing that in his face unlike what’s being done to Janine.
