Now maybe Adam & Eve were tired of all of the Kayden drama mixed in with Mike South’s hatred of Bree Olson. But Kayden isn’t responsible for what Mike says unless she knew what he was about to say and agreed to it.

Then he writes this post about someone denying that they were ever friends with him. If this is Kayden he’s talking about telling everyone they were never friends, she just admitted to everyone what I and many others had said that she was using Mike to get more exposure in the industry by contributing on his blog & by him helping to defend her during her court case.

Kayden is number two at Adam & Eve while Bree Olson is number one. Bree is the fan favorite while Kayden has no personality and doesn’t seem to enjoy doing porn by what many have said after watching her performances.

Was Kayden the Shannen Doherty at Adam & Eve with Bree being Alyssa Milano? Was Kayden the one causing most of the problems and with her constant jealousy of Bree that Adam & Eve just fired Kayden to make Bree and everyone there happier? Or did Kayden leave because Teagan Presley was about to be the company’s newest contract girl pushing Kayden to the number three spot at Adam & Eve?

Now the craziest story is that Kayden left Adam & Eve for Digital Playground. Why would anyone leave a now number three spot for a company that would put her at the number four or five spot?? Jesse Jane is the star at Digital Playground. Riley Steele is a rising star and will get more attention after her Piranha mainstream movie remake is released. There is also Katsuni and others. And even Stoya’s ghost is a bigger name at Digital Playground than Kayden will ever be. Why not just stay number three at a company that helped make you a star instead of leaving for a company that already has their already established stars placed?

Then you have Teagan’s fiance telling Joshua telling LukeIsBack about Teagan’s new Adam & Eve contract while excluding Kayden’s name as one of Adam & Eve’s contract girls:

Josh says-skinworXXX now will produce exclusively for Adam & Eve Pictures, and Teagan will perform exclusively for Adam & Eve Pictures and skinworXXX. She will perform the same contract girl duties as Bree and Alexis (Ford) for AEP. Eva will still perform for skinworXXX, and nothing has changed on that front. Eva, Teagan and I are the main owners of skinworXXX. Eva also performs in select other hardcore projects based on case by case basis. Teagan only performs for AEP.

Now you have AVN announcing that Kayden and Kirsten Price as hosts of the 2010 AVN Award show this January. How can someone as Kayden with no personality be picked to host a major award show that will be broadcast on Showtime? Do you honestly believe that Paul Fishbein sat down and said Kayden Kross is the ideal host for the show?? From what I have seen of Kayden, she lacks personality, has no sense of humor, and doesn’t have what it takes to grab on to the reigns of an award show and make it a success.

Janine Lindemulder would have been ideal as a show host. She’s fun, has a personality, and has the attitude for a big job like this. She is also mainstream and could sell the show to the masses unlike an unknown as Kayden Kross. But a family court judge decided she’s not allowed to make a living in the only industry she’s known for the past two decades.

My other award show picks would be Sunny Lane, Bree Olson, Vicky Vette, and a few others. Several people have since told me that many in the industry are outraged that Kayden was picked to host the show. She hasn’t been around that long while so many women who have been around for years have never been asked. Many suitable legends have never been asked either. So why Kayden Kross of all people?

My biggest complaint against Kayden is that she should not be rewarded for bad behavior. She did her AVN fluff piece interview where she took no responsibility for her crimes and even blamed the family whose home she stole. She attacks them for being at the police station every day for two and a half years “bothering” the police officers about their case. Kayden’s head would spin like a demon possessed if someone stole her home right from under her. She would be at that police station every single day handing out “special favors” to every single male officer in sight. Just like with Detective Freeman.

You know that this now means Kayden will win an AVN award now. She’s never won one before but will be guaranteed one by Paul Fishbein. Winning an AVN Award doesn’t mean you actually earned it. History has shown us winning an AVN Award means whose palms you’ve greased. I’m pretty sure too that something went on between Kayden and Paul as well. No one would have Kayden as their top choice for host unless something wasn’t happening behind the scenes as too.

What makes MassArf.com different from other dog-related magazines?

It’s more localized. Dogfancy and Dogworld, those are national. Even Beantown Tails is not really a local paper; a national company puts those out in a few different places.

What gave you the idea to start it?

I grew up in Newton and moved back here from LA in April. I was looking for writing jobs, but there really weren’t any. I’d meet people on the streets with their dogs — they had questions, I had answers. And after a while, I was like, I could start a website. I’m not very 9 to 5, so it’s a great job for me.

What were you doing in LA?

I worked in the porn business, for Hustler. But now I’m writing about something I love, so it’s a joy to write again.

You didn’t love porn?

It was great at the beginning, I’m not going to lie. But after a while, it got old. It’s the same story every day.

Tell me about your dogs.

I have a 2-year-old bloodhound named Rib-Eye and a 3-year-old cane corso named La Bella. It gives me writing content every day just watching how they interact with each other.

What appeals to you so much about dogs?

One of the things is that they don’t know how amazing they are. They help humans out by finding lost people, sniffing out toxins and cancer and things like that, and they don’t ask for anything in return. I kind of envy their life. They just want to please people.

How is writing about dogs different from writing about porn?

Dogs are smarter than porn people.

You wrote on the website about your dog Rhiannon, who died in June 2008.

She was my girl. We went through a lot together. It was really hard when she left. I flew back to Nantucket last winter and spread her ashes there because it was her favorite place.

So Rib-Eye’s your new girl?

Rib-Eye’s a good girl, she’s really good. And we’re bonding slowly. But there’s always one dog in a person’s life, always one that stands out. You compare the rest to that one, and it’s a lot to live up to.

I’m the one constantly attacked for defending female porn stars and women in general.

Jenna had a great opportunity given to her in this industry and I just feel she threw it away to her husband Jay. Jenna never ran ClubJenna. Jay did/does. Tera Patrick never ran Teravision. Evan is CEO. That might all change now depending on how the divorce goes. 99% of the women in porn who say they run their companies are lying. They don’t even own their names, domains, and identities. I just feel Jenna put out this false image to so many young women and teen girls and they got into porn thinking they would also be the next Jenna Jameson and have the same success and fame as she had. It didn’t work for those women unlike Jenna who married the right two men and hired the right people to handle her career.

I know what Jay is. But Jenna is in the spotlight while he’s in the background. But all we hear is her complaining about how bad Jay is with no proof to it. He’s never said anything against her while all she’s done is play victim all this time. If she has anything on Jay, spill it and let everyone know.

Jay did a lot for her. I compare her to Mariah Carey. Her ex-husband Tommy did a lot for her and left his family for her. But all she does is complain about him even now ten years after their divorce. It just makes the women who constantly pull the “woe is me” act look petty and ungrateful. While so many other women have far less but are grateful for everything they have. Jenna is making other women in her situation look bad. Stop playing victim, take responsibility for some of the problems you’ve had in life and in your marriage, and move on. If she doesn’t move on, the divorce will financially drain her and she will grow to be bitter and angry which won’t help her children at all. They need a mother who is happy and at peace with her life and not still clinging on to her past.

Sandra and Jesse have written to the judge saying Janine is a drug addict and leaves her daughter alone in the house while she is passed out on drugs. If this was true, where are social services and the report? There is no report because it never happened. Janine says she’s been drug free for ten years. Jesse is also a former drug addict but no one is throwing that in his face unlike what’s being done to Janine.

22-year-old Brooke Phillips and another pregnant woman were both shot dead in Oklahoma City. Two others were also found dead. All four were found in a burning home earlier this week. Brooke had taken time off from the Bunny Ranch due to her pregnancy.

There is a lot of concern in the adult industry these days about health, safety, and std’s. A few months ago a performer tested positive for HIV. There was much discussion about AIM not making the positive result public, and the industry only learned of it when the producer who used the infected talent tried to accuse AIM of giving the person a clean bill of health. As a result of the publicity, OSHA began looking for the employer who used the infected performer. In their efforts to identify the employer, they attempted to get information about ‘patient zero’ from AIM. AIM refused, and patient zero filed a suit against AIM and OSHA from seeking information about her. Patient Zero was successful, and an injunction was put in place against OSHA and AIM from disclosing information about her.

AIM claimed this was a victory, but in reality it was far from it. The ruling ordered AIM not to release any information about any infected performer, unless there is written permission from the patient in accordance with existing law. Many in the adult industry think that the waiver signed at AIM is in compliance with the law. IT IS NOT. The law requires a written waiver for every single disclosure of patient results to a third party, and that waiver must include the name of the person to whom the result are being given. It is very clear that the AIM waiver does not come close to meeting this criteria.

In 2004, AIM published, on the internet, the name of every person on a quarantine list, and the name of every performer who tested positive for HIV. They did not print legal names, but the law prohibits releasing any identifying information about a patient. A stage name is more than enough to identify a person. As a result of the publicity, OSHA was able to identify the employer in this case. Two companies were identified (TTBOY) and citations were issued for health and safety violations. The citations were appealed, to no avail, and TTBOY paid the fines and agreed to restrictions on future productions. According to industry insiders, TTBOY packed up his shop and moved to Florida. The precedent was set, performers were deemed employees, and the producers were deemed liable for what happens on their sets.

Armed with these new precedents, OSHA began to step up its investigations into the adult industry, by going after agents in order to identify the employers of those who were reported to the County Health Department as being positive for std’s by AIM. They used legal theory that the agents were acting on behalf of the employer. OSHA has the right to inspect employers, and those who act as agents for the employers. Some in OSHA think that this also applies to AIM. When Steve Hirsch states that any performer must have a valid test from AIM or they will not get hired, the case can be made that AIM is acting as an agent of the employers in the adult industry.

In 2004, the privacy issue was not an issue at all for AIM. Under the pretense of doing what had to be done, the privacy of every performer on that quarantine list was violated. Darren James eventually sued AIM, and an out of court settlement was reached. Why nobody else sued AIM is a good question. They all certainly had ample grounds to file suits. It was because of this 2004 outbreak that AIM changed their protocol, and when the latest patient zero was identified there was no published quarantine list. But the reason for the change had NOTHING to do with protecting the privacy of AIM patients. The new protocol is all about protecting the identity of the employers (producers).

Look at the current articles on AIM’s website. They all talk about OSHA attempting to find the employers, and holding them responsible for the cost of any ramifications of the std exposures. AIM has spent tens of thousands of dollars, most of it from the “donation” the talent pays for their tests, to keep OSHA form learning the identities of the producers. The law requires employers to pay for follow-up testing and treatment for any disease contracted in the the workplace. In this time of economic downturn, these costs would certainly cripple the industry, and that means the identity of employers must be kept secret from OSHA.

AIM is even going so far as to make statements such as “More importantly for you (producers) they are trying to get information about what performers have worked for which companies and when. They want to force your company to take the blame if a performer in one of your movies contracts an std without any evidence that the illness was acquired on your set.” This one paragraph alone is full of holes. It is the fact that the person had an std on your set, and exposed others to it during their course of employment. And AIM is even now, it seems, trying to say that the std’s come from outside the industry and are NOT being spread on the sets. How AIM can deny that stds are being transmitted on porn sets is is beyond absurd.

Several questions still remain unanswered. Has the company that hired patient zero reported the workplace exposure of HIV to OSHA, as is required by law? Exactly what is AIM’s protocol for handling HIV positive patients? Is there a written policy at AIM, and are the talent, who they are supposed to work for, aware of the protocols?

The bottom line is AIM is not concerned with patient privacy. For a monthly donation any porn company can get a password that gives them access to every performers medical records, not just those that they hire. This is in clear violation of the injunction won by patient zero, and the LAW that states that every single third party notification requires written consent from the patient that includes the NAME of the individual to whom the results are being given. Now AIM is raising the rates for talent to get tested in order to help protect the identities of the employers who should be paying for the tests in the first place.

The fundraisers AIM has scheduled have nothing to do with helping the talent. AIM, and agents (LATATA) are also telling talent that they do not have to give any information to anyone who contacts them about their positive std tests. One can only imagine what would happen if a performer named their employer. This is ALL about protecting the producers from the financial responsibility of the diseases that are contracted in their workplace. Read the articles on the AIM website for yourself.

DON’T BE FOOLED. AIM has raised prices on the talent to cover the legal bills to protect producers. It has NOTHING to do with performer privacy,They will give your medical information to anyone who says they are in the adult industry. If you know a performers real name you can call AIM and they will tell you their test result over the phone. SO much for privacy and HIPPA regulations. It is about protecting producers at all costs, and those costs are being paid by the performers. Performers need to tell AIM to not spend their ‘donations’ to pay legal bills to protect producers.

In her book, Carrie warns other women to not make sex videos or else they’ll be “famous” too one day:

“In my book, I talk about how young women all the time are doing this and nothing is private any more — nothing is private. And you know when you’re young and you think: I’ll never be famous, I’ll never be a celebrity — think you will.”

“It’s embarrassing even talking about this right now. I’ve been on national TV discussing the worst mistake of my life. I mean, how many people are comfortable doing that?”

But why is she talking about embarrassing sex tapes in a book written months ago if her video only surfaced last week?? If it was really this ex-boyfriend that sent the video to the Miss California lawyers, why wouldn’t he have sold it and have it leaked all over the internet by now??

Carrie says there’s been a 7-month campaign to try and silence her because of her stance against gay marriage. Was this ex-boyfriend also part of this conspiracy??

When doing her many interviews, she won’t reveal the reason why she dropped the lawsuit saying she’s not allowed to. But she’s already talking about the sex tape as the so-called biggest mistake of her life. So why can’t she admit that yes she dropped the lawsuit against the Miss California Organization because they had their hands on the video?

Carrie says she takes full responsibility for the humiliating video. So why is she blaming the ex-boyfriend saying he sent it to pageant lawyers??

She was on ‘Larry King Live’ promoting her book but threatened to walk off the show because King asked her about the settlement she made with the Miss California Organization. She says his line of questioning was extremely inappropriate. What exactly does she think she’s being asked to talk about on all these shows? Gardening??

Carrie claims that she was 17-years-old when the video was made. Though one former pageant official says she sent him the first set of topless pictures asking if those pictures can get her a modeling contract. He says the pictures were taken when she was of legal age and not underage as she claims. Another completely different set of topless pictures were also released and she blamed the photographer for releasing them though she went to him and signed the release. She also blamed being topless on the wind blowing her shirt off.

Now she claims this solo video of hers was made by her when she was 17. Miss biblically correct says she made it for her boyfriend at the time who she truly loved and cared for. She’s now blaming him for releasing the video though he’s now saying she was 20-years-old and she called him last week trying to get him to lie for her & say she was underage at the time.

The ex has now done an interview with TMZ. He won’t give his name but I’m sure the reason being is because everyone who has said anything against this woman has been harassed and threatened by anti-gay groups and organizations. Her ex says Carrie sent him many sex videos recently and says the video pageant officials got is from when they were together in 2007 when she was 20-years-old.

They only met once in a hotel room for four days after he flew out to meet her two years ago in San Diego. So how can she be in love and care about someone she only knew for four days?? Carrie was already Miss San Diego at the time he met her. Anyone else think this sounds like she was a paid escort?? hahahaha

He says Carrie had recently sent him 15-20 explicit videos. But one day she called him screaming at him why did you do this and tell them I was 17. He says he’s never met someone who lied so much. She’s not who she claims to be. She’s using her stance on religion to get where she is now. And she’s trying to sell herself to a certain crowd.

If you’re an adult, it’s your responsibility unlike if you’re underage where you can play victim and blame everyone around you. If you’re underage, you’re allowed to be naked and make sex tapes without blame. But if you’re of legal age, you’re at fault and can’t blame anyone else for their release. But Carrie Prejean has lied too many times while playing the religious card and cried religious discrimination. Sadly, I’m afraid she’ll become famous from all of this and blend in with the rest of the Hollywood trash that become famous and make millions for putting out a false image & doing absolutely nothing for their fame.

Healthcare to adult talent. As a result, A.I.M. Healthcare has now been embattled in a number of time consuming and expensive law suits to defend its very existence and protect its performer clients and their private medical records from such overreaching governmental intrusion.

Time to fight back! This fundraiser will help the adult industry in it’s fight against the very people that threaten to shut down A.I.M. Healthcare and, in effect, the progress of the adult industry in general! GENEVA – In its first study of women’s health, the World Health Organization said yesterday that the AIDS virus is the leading cause of death and disease among women between the ages of 15 and 44.

Unsafe sex is the leading risk factor in developing countries for these women of childbearing age, with others including lack of access to contraceptives and iron deficiency, the WHO said. Throughout the world, one in five deaths among women in this age group is linked to unsafe sex, according to the agency.

“Women who do not know how to protect themselves from such infections or who are unable to do so face increased risks of death or illness,’’ WHO said in a 91-page report. “So do those who cannot protect themselves from unwanted pregnancy or control their fertility because of lack of access to contraception.’’

The data were included in a report on the unequal health treatment faced by girls and women.

Dr. Margaret Chan, the WHO chief, said women enjoy a biological advantage because they tend to live six to eight years longer than men. But in many parts of the world, they suffer serious disadvantages because of poverty, poorer access to health care, and cultural norms that put a priority on the well-being of men, she said.

Chan called it a “preventable tragedy’’ that nearly 15 percent of deaths in adult women occur in maternity, according to statistics from 2004.
