The only mention of the name Katie is in bold letters at the very top Katie Morgan Arrested, Detained Katie Morgan, Katie Morgan Poster. Okay, still nothing and no reason why Katie Morgan’s name ran instead of Donny Lynn Morgan in the title. Or maybe a Katie Morgan fan thought to play a joke and stick her name into this.

Well it seems not. I Googled the name Donny Lynn Morgan and kpic.com shows their story was written by Katie Boer of KPIC News. KPIC News is a local Roseburg, Oregon news station. The arrests happened in Roseburg.

So I think the news aggregators picked up the names and accidentally placed the writer’s name Katie with the image file name of the man pictured, Donny Lynn Morgan, and Katie Morgan was born. Probably explaining the bold names at the very top of the apakistannews.com story. No one proofread the story and a fan of the “Zack and Miri Make a Porno” star might have recognized the name.

There is also the likelihood that someone had checked Katie Morgan’s Wikipedia page and read how she had been arrested on marijuana charges nine years ago and thought here she is again being arrested for drug possession. But the fact still remains that the name Katie Morgan never appears as one of the suspects being arrested this Tuesday. The only Morgan arrested was Donny Lynn Morgan whose bail has now been set at nearly $1 million dollars.

AVN interviewed Katie and she says the story of her arrest isn’t true:

“I woke up to a barrage of phone calls and emails from concerned friends … I have no idea where it came from. It’s better than I’m dead, I guess, if you’re going to get a rumor.”

Lets take a close look at the testimony given to the State Assembly of California after the 2004 HIV outbreak. This is from June, 2004.

“AIM’s HIV statistics show that in over 80,000 tests performed on talent only 16 cases of HIV have been found in nearly seven years. Additionally, six were found positive who never worked in porn due to the fact that the protocols of negative status were followed by producers”

While this may sound impressive, 80,000 tests, what it doesn’t say is how many individual were tested. 16 positives out of 80,000 seems rather low, but the actual number of people tested is much lower. Any performer who is in the industry for a year has 12 tests done. Any performer who has been around for four or five years have 40 to 60 tests done. AIM will never tell anybody how many individuals have been tested over the years, lest the real percentage of positive performers would be known, and this is the biggest and most closely kept secret the industry has.

AIM reports 16 positives out of who know how many total performers. The link above shows that most states have anywhere from two to 25 HIV infections per 100,000. Considering AIM has 16 out of, and I will make a very high estimate of 10,000 individual performers, it is plain to see that the HIV rate in porn is astronomically higher than the general public.

“…many performers were concerned about their privacy and felt that their records were not private.”

Of course they felt that way. At AIM you sign a waiver that allows them to give your results to third parties. All you have to do is call AIM, and if you know the performers real name they will fax you a copy of their results. The HIPPA violations here are too many to list. There must be an individual waiver for every single disclosure of results that includes the name of the third party to whom the results are being given.

“Dr. Mitchell then testified about what has been done since the the HIV infections to improve the system. All records kept at AIM regarding HIV and monthly STD screening can be accessed by producers and directors”

So much for that privacy issue they keep trying to hide behind. As stated above, access to patient records is not limited to directors and producers. ANYBODY who knows a performers real name can simply call AIM and get their HIV medical records.

“AIM has also contacted the non-condom companies to push the testing window period to two weeds, and PAY for testing. All travelers and new talent will test, wait two weeks, and then have an additional test at the end of two weeks. They must either use condoms during the two week period, or refrain from working.”

The push for two week testing lasted just about that long, two weeks, and we all know that performers pay for their own tests (the vast, vast majority). And the two week waiting period for newbies, we all know that is a joke and this policy was never implemented or followed by any company.

“AIM has also been given the donation of ADULTDAT, software which allows production managers to input the individual encounters in each scene they have shot that day. With this technology AIM can make a quarantine list in a matter of minutes, rather than the typical four hours.”

This system was NEVER put into use. But this is why the authorities think AIM has this information. AIM has never told OSHA or County Health that this system was NEVER put into place.

“The industry culture, according to Dr. Mitchell, is becoming more and more condom compliant every day. She believes it will not help to legislate. Dr, Mitchell closed her testimony by saying that the industry’s system works very well and with the new improvements and more and more producers moving towards safer sex and condom use, it is costing no government money at this time.”

Is this a joke. More and more condom compliant every day. This appears, at least to me, to be intentionally misleading, if not an outright lie.

In summation, virtually everything Dr. Mitchell testified about regarding the testing protocols since the April 2004 outbreak is FALSE.

There is no two week testing, no companies paying for tests, no waiting period for newbies, no quarantine of traveling performers, no ADULTDAT system, and certainly no more condom usage in the industry. And now AIM is footing the legal bills to keep the identity of producers confidential. It seems like the privacy of producers is more important than the performers.

Lets take a close look at the testimony given to the State Assembly of California after the 2004 HIV outbreak. This is from June, 2004.

“AIM’s HIV statistics show that in over 80,000 tests performed on talent only 16 cases of HIV have been found in nearly seven years. Additionally, six were found positive who never worked in porn due to the fact that the protocols of negative status were followed by producers”

While this may sound impressive, 80,000 tests, what it doesn’t say is how many individual were tested. 16 positives out of 80,000 seems rather low, but the actual number of people tested is much lower. Any performer who is in the industry for a year has 12 tests done. Any performer who has been around for four or five years have 40 to 60 tests done. AIM will never tell anybody how many individuals have been tested over the years, lest the real percentage of positive performers would be known, and this is the biggest and most closely kept secret the industry has.

AIM reports 16 positives out of who know how many total performers. The link above shows that most states have anywhere from two to 25 HIV infections per 100,000. Considering AIM has 16 out of, and I will make a very high estimate of 10,000 individual performers, it is plain to see that the HIV rate in porn is astronomically higher than the general public.

Of course they felt that way. At AIM you sign a waiver that allows them to give your results to third parties. All you have to do is call AIM, and if you know the performers real name they will fax you a copy of their results. The HIPPA violations here are too many to list. There must be an individual waiver for every single disclosure of results that includes the name of the third party to whom the results are being given.

“Dr. Mitchell then testified about what has been done since the the HIV infections to improve the system. All records kept at AIM regarding HIV and monthly STD screening can be accessed by producers and directors”

So much for that privacy issue they keep trying to hide behind. As stated above, access to patient records is not limited to directors and producers. ANYBODY who knows a performers real name can simply call AIM and get their HIV medical records.

“AIM has also contacted the non-condom companies to push the testing window period to two weeds, and PAY for testing. All travelers and new talent will test, wait two weeks, and then have an additional test at the end of two weeks. They must either use condoms during the two week period, or refrain from working.”

The push for two week testing lasted just about that long, two weeks, and we all know that performers pay for their own tests (the vast, vast majority). And the two week waiting period for newbies, we all know that is a joke and this policy was never implemented or followed by any company.

“AIM has also been given the donation of ADULTDAT, software which allows production managers to input the individual encounters in each scene they have shot that day. With this technology AIM can make a quarantine list in a matter of minutes, rather than the typical four hours.”

This system was NEVER put into use. But this is why the authorities think AIM has this information. AIM has never told OSHA or County Health that this system was NEVER put into place.

“The industry culture, according to Dr. Mitchell, is becoming more and more condom compliant every day. She believes it will not help to legislate. Dr, Mitchell closed her testimony by saying that the industry’s system works very well and with the new improvements and more and more producers moving towards safer sex and condom use, it is costing no government money at this time.”

Is this a joke. More and more condom compliant every day. This appears, at least to me, to be intentionally misleading, if not an outright lie.

In summation, virtually everything Dr. Mitchell testified about regarding the testing protocols since the April 2004 outbreak is FALSE.

There is no two week testing, no companies paying for tests, no waiting period for newbies, no quarantine of traveling performers, no ADULTDAT system, and certainly no more condom usage in the industry. And now AIM is footing the legal bills to keep the identity of producers confidential. It seems like the privacy of producers is more important than the performers.

So that made me remember press releases that Galaxy Publicity had sent out this summer about Eu’Nique and I thought it was her and they do look like they could be twins. xxxPornTalk also mentioned Eu’Nique has a sister in porn. The story Shelley had up mentions a sister in porn. And the agency that the porn star mentions sounded for sure like Derek Hay’s LA Direct and how badly she was treated there. Eu’Nique is at LA Direct. So of course I thought this is Eu’Nique and I ran with it.

Soon after, Monica Foster started telling me and xxxPornTalk that it’s not Eu’Nique but someone else. I was asking are you sure, they look so much alike, she also has a sister in porn, and the agency sounds so much like LA Direct. So I finally got off my lazy butt and emailed James Bartholet and he sent me the statement above.

So maybe there was a reason why her porn name wasn’t used and maybe the reason was the agency she described. So please don’t leave her name here and let’s just drop the issue and wish her and her baby the best of luck for a happy & healthy future.

Now maybe Adam & Eve were tired of all of the Kayden drama mixed in with Mike South’s hatred of Bree Olson. But Kayden isn’t responsible for what Mike says unless she knew what he was about to say and agreed to it.

Kayden is number two at Adam & Eve while Bree Olson is number one. Bree is the fan favorite while Kayden has no personality and doesn’t seem to enjoy doing porn by what many have said after watching her performances.

Was Kayden the Shannen Doherty at Adam & Eve with Bree being Alyssa Milano? Was Kayden the one causing most of the problems and with her constant jealousy of Bree that Adam & Eve just fired Kayden to make Bree and everyone there happier? Or did Kayden leave because Teagan Presley was about to be the company’s newest contract girl pushing Kayden to the number three spot at Adam & Eve?

Now the craziest story is that Kayden left Adam & Eve for Digital Playground. Why would anyone leave a now number three spot for a company that would put her at the number four or five spot?? Jesse Jane is the star at Digital Playground. Riley Steele is a rising star and will get more attention after her Piranha mainstream movie remake is released. There is also Katsuni and others. And even Stoya’s ghost is a bigger name at Digital Playground than Kayden will ever be. Why not just stay number three at a company that helped make you a star instead of leaving for a company that already has their already established stars placed?

Then you have Teagan’s fiance Joshua telling LukeIsBack about Teagan’s new Adam & Eve contract while excluding Kayden’s name as one of Adam & Eve’s contract girls:

Josh says-skinworXXX now will produce exclusively for Adam & Eve Pictures, and Teagan will perform exclusively for Adam & Eve Pictures and skinworXXX. She will perform the same contract girl duties as Bree and Alexis (Ford) for AEP. Eva will still perform for skinworXXX, and nothing has changed on that front. Eva, Teagan and I are the main owners of skinworXXX. Eva also performs in select other hardcore projects based on case by case basis. Teagan only performs for AEP.

Now you have AVN announcing that Kayden and Kirsten Price as hosts of the 2010 AVN Award show this January. How can someone as Kayden with no personality be picked to host a major award show that will be broadcast on Showtime? Do you honestly believe that Paul Fishbein sat down and said Kayden Kross is the ideal host for the show?? From what I have seen of Kayden, she lacks personality, has no sense of humor, and doesn’t have what it takes to grab on to the reigns of an award show and make it a success.

Janine Lindemulder would have been ideal as a show host. She’s fun, has a personality, and has the attitude for a big job like this. She is also mainstream and could sell the show to the masses unlike an unknown as Kayden Kross. But a family court judge decided she’s not allowed to make a living in the only industry she’s known for the past two decades.

My other award show picks would be Sunny Lane, Bree Olson, Vicky Vette, and a few others. Several people have since told me that many in the industry are outraged that Kayden was picked to host the show. She hasn’t been around that long while so many women who have been around for years have never been asked. Many suitable legends have never been asked either. So why Kayden Kross of all people?

My biggest complaint against Kayden is that she should not be rewarded for bad behavior. She did her AVN fluff piece interview where she took no responsibility for her crimes and even blamed the family whose home she stole. She attacks them for being at the police station every day for two and a half years “bothering” the police officers about their case. Kayden’s head would spin like a demon possessed if someone stole her home right from under her. She would be at that police station every single day handing out “special favors” to every single male officer in sight. Just like with Detective Freeman.

You know that this now means Kayden will win an AVN award. She’s never won one before but will be guaranteed one by Paul Fishbein. Winning an AVN Award doesn’t mean you actually earned it. History has shown us winning an AVN Award means whose palms you’ve greased. I’m pretty sure too that something went on between Kayden and Paul as well. No one would have Kayden as their top choice for host unless something wasn’t happening behind the scenes too.

It’s more localized. Dogfancy and Dogworld, those are national. Even Beantown Tails is not really a local paper; a national company puts those out in a few different places.

What gave you the idea to start it?

I grew up in Newton and moved back here from LA in April. I was looking for writing jobs, but there really weren’t any. I’d meet people on the streets with their dogs — they had questions, I had answers. And after a while, I was like, I could start a website. I’m not very 9 to 5, so it’s a great job for me.

What were you doing in LA?

I worked in the porn business, for Hustler. But now I’m writing about something I love, so it’s a joy to write again.

You didn’t love porn?

It was great at the beginning, I’m not going to lie. But after a while, it got old. It’s the same story every day.

Tell me about your dogs.

I have a 2-year-old bloodhound named Rib-Eye and a 3-year-old cane corso named La Bella. It gives me writing content every day just watching how they interact with each other.

What appeals to you so much about dogs?

One of the things is that they don’t know how amazing they are. They help humans out by finding lost people, sniffing out toxins and cancer and things like that, and they don’t ask for anything in return. I kind of envy their life. They just want to please people.

How is writing about dogs different from writing about porn?

Dogs are smarter than porn people.

You wrote on the website about your dog Rhiannon, who died in June 2008.

She was my girl. We went through a lot together. It was really hard when she left. I flew back to Nantucket last winter and spread her ashes there because it was her favorite place.

So Rib-Eye’s your new girl?

Rib-Eye’s a good girl, she’s really good. And we’re bonding slowly. But there’s always one dog in a person’s life, always one that stands out. You compare the rest to that one, and it’s a lot to live up to.

I’m the one who closes female porn star’s pregnancy posts or else the haters will say every horrible imaginable thing against her unborn baby. I’m the one constantly attacked for defending female porn stars and women in general.

Jenna had a great opportunity given to her in this industry and I just feel she threw it away to her husband Jay. Jenna never ran ClubJenna. Jay did/does. Tera Patrick never ran Teravision. Evan is CEO. That might all change now depending on how the divorce goes. 99% of the women in porn who say they run their companies are lying. They don’t even own their names, domains, and identities. I just feel Jenna put out this false image to so many young women and teen girls and they got into porn thinking they would also be the next Jenna Jameson and have the same success and fame as she had. It didn’t work for those women unlike Jenna who married the right two men and hired the right people to handle her career.

I know what Jay is. But Jenna is in the spotlight while he’s in the background. And from everything I have read about her history with Jay, he gave up his privacy to come in front of the camera with her so she wouldn’t have to work with other men. But all we hear is her complaining about how bad Jay is with no proof to it. He’s never said anything against her while all she’s done is play victim all this time. Stop playing victim, take responsibility for some of the problems you’ve had in life and in your marriage, and move on. If she doesn’t move on, the divorce will financially drain her and she will grow to be bitter and angry which won’t help her children at all. They need a mother who is happy and at peace with her life and not still clinging on to her past.

Thank you to Momn8rx for all this new information! This comment says Janine’s crimes were all a misdemeanor and not the felonies the media wants you to believe. Every article she has read including Janine’s lawyers being interviewed all say misdemeanor. Janine is listed on the Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate list and that doesn’t even state she’s a felon.

“They used a misdemeanor tax offense to gain advantage,” the source concluded. According to court papers, James did accuse Lindemulder of drug abuse, and although she admitted to a long-term cocaine problem in the past, she passed a court-ordered drug test administered before she went to prison for tax evasion.”

Wesley Snipes got a 3 year sentence in 2008 and is still going through the appeals process; dude owes almost 17 million in back taxes/interest/penalties and isn’t a felon!

Janine’s conviction was for failure to pay taxes, NOT tax evasion.

I watched the Good Morning America interview and the piece was heavily edited down and only about three minutes long. Janine starts off the interview by saying what would give her the right to take away my daughter. She is my daughter and I’m the best mother I can be.

She says she and Sandra have never sat down and talked. Sandra will not meet her and Janine just wants communication and for them to sit down as two women and talk.

She says Sandra doesn’t know what goes on in her home. She would love for Sandra to come over and she would make dinner and they could finally talk. But Sandra will not talk to her.

Janine says Sandra is a good mother and cares very much for Sunny. Janine just wants to be a co-parent but has fallen on hard times and is even banned by the judge to work in the industry she has worked in for the past two decades. She wants Sandra to meet her half way which she refuses.

You’re babysitting another woman’s child and you refuse to talk to her? It’s not Janine’s fault that she can have children, is younger, and prettier than you. Which all three is what this all boils down to.

Sandra and Jesse have written to the judge saying Janine is a drug addict and leaves her daughter alone in the house while she is passed out on drugs. If this was true, where are social services and the report? There is no report because it never happened. Janine says she’s been drug free for ten years. Jesse is also a former drug addict but no one is throwing that in his face unlike what’s being done to Janine.
