Honey, you need to have some kind of specific plan. What are you good at? Was there any area in school that you received high scores on standardized test? Maybe there is some other, non-academic, skill you have? How can these skills be put to use to make money? You need to answer these questions. Ain’t nobody going to come down out of the sky and just give you anything. You need to work for it. Those aren’t easy questions, but you need to start looking at those questions now.

Saldy when most talent leaves porn, they do becasue they are either burn out, kicked out or shoot out and the do not have an exit plan.
Some girls like Crissy Moran and Sophia Lynn (the second time she tried to quit) do seem to have a exit plan. Most do not.

Most people don’t figure out the answers to those questions. I kind of got lucky and found a good career while I was in college. Then, I looked back and realized there were two basic questions I had found one answer to: 1.) What are you good at? And, 2.) How can you make money?
It ain’t just porn whores. Most people don’t answer those questions.
The reason “What do you like to do?” isn’t one of the questions is because it’s down in the depths of the answer to “What are you good at?”. But, I have talked to several people who hated their chosen career, then they got good at it, so now they like it. So, it’s not even necessarily possible to answer the questions straight up before you go out and take a job. And, it is best to get your hands as dirty as possible trying various things while you’re trying to find the answer.
It drives me crazy talking to people going off to college that don’t even know that those are the two questions they are supposed to be answering while they are there. I’ve maybe had the chance to explain it to about 10 of them. Only 2 of them I talked to later while they were in college, and they sounded even more clueless about what I was talking about than when I talked to them before they even went to begin with.

But its more common in porn. people seemingly have no direction. I’ve met performers who have taken dance since they were little girls who won’t even try stripping to supplement their income. They’d rather do a b/g scene for well below their rate when there is no work to be had or when they are at the end of their shelf life as a performer/ During college, I realized that the major I was in wasn’t going to make me money right away and switched to the CS major, because it was the skills I had in computers that was helping me make money during the summers.

A lot of the people I know are just doing their job because they needed a job, and after college found one that pays okay. They’ve been doing it for 10 years, have a mortgage the depends upon the income, so they just keep doing it. I guess that’s direction but I’m still highly critical of it and that’s what I’m talking about.
I have the same problem with it I do with prostitution and drugs. It’s just sloth. Not living your own life and making an attempt to maximize potential just sounds awful to me. And, I see it everywhere. There are exceptions with prostitution and drugs, but they don’t seem to be the rule.
Having an $80K salary at a corporate job looks good, but you dig a little deeper, and a lot of these people are just coasting through life just like the prostitutes and drug addicts are.
It seems like what you’re talking about is many porn whores don’t have basic skills required to implement any kind of direction that corporate lackeys do. But, lacking direction, like 80-90% of the people I meet are like that.
Until they get older and can maybe retire or get smart enough to find a niche they don’t have to work so hard in.
