Don’t believe the nice guy/great boss image he and his defenders are trying to put out. According to the NY Daily News Lou Posner treated the girls like shit and tried to get them to have sex with him but took a cut of their money if he caught them having sex with other men.
NY Daily News reports that Posner highly doubts Alexia would offer anything more.
Posner defended one of his dancers, the porn star Alexia Moore, who was also arrested and charged with prostitution. Moore would perform shows, Posner said, but he “highly doubted” that she would offer anything more.
“She could have been joking,” he reasoned. “You know, throwing out a figure to make someone drop the subject. Like, ‘Yeah, sure, I’ll do it for $5,000.’”

Linking back to the Daily News article is insufficient. To protect yourself, you need to clarify that first paragraph. As it reads now, you, personally, are saying that Posner “treated the girls like shit,” and “took a cut of their money if he caught them having sex with other men.” Especially with the latter clause, Posner’s lawyer, Steven Ateshoglou, could (and probably will) sue you for accusing him of a crime before his client has had a trial.
However, if you insert the words “allegedly,” “a newspaper reports” or “according to the NY Daily News” into that first paragraph, you then cover yourself by making it clear that you aren’t the one making the accusation.
